2010 Triathlon Training Camp
18-20 June 2010
Join the Cape Cod Athletic Club and the Cape Cod Triathlon
Team for a weekend training getaway in Nickerson State Park in Brewster. The
weekend will include trail runs, bike rides, coached swims, special training
seminars, group meals, a full practice triathlon,
and other goodies. Coaches will be on-site all weekend and will include Ali
Winslow of Boston
Performance Coaching, Geof Newton of the CCAC and
Athlete's Companion, and Craig
Lewin of Endurance
Swimming. All levels and abilities are welcome! Campsites and cabins will
be available on a first-come, first-served basis or commute in for the day.
