PIH points are indicative of the level of effort where 1 is walking backwards on your hands and
1000+ is world class elite.  For example, to achieve 1000 PIH points in a 5 mile race, you'd have
to run 21:50 or 4:22mpm pace.  To achieve 100 PIH points in a 5 mile race, you'd have to crawl to
a time of 961 minutes or 16:01:00 at a pace of 3:12:12mpm.  Total scores below are based on all
races run so someone who attended all races with average scores can potentially beat someone
who won 4 races.
