Tuesday Chatham Harbor 10K Run 5:30 PM Come run the Chatham Harbor Run Road Race course in a relaxed atmosphere. Run hard, run fast, run your pace, or run for fun! Neither rain, sleet, snow, nor gloom of night will stop these runners!! |
Wednesday Group Run/Track Workouts 5:30 PM Choose an easy group run on the Rail Trail and around Orleans Center or trot down to the Nauset Middle School track for a structured session of drills and strength. All ages and abilities welcomed. |
Thursday Harwich Ramble
Run an easy 8 miles through and about Harwich Center. Pace is usually slow and relaxed but feel free to run as fast as you wish. Don’t forget your reflective vest! |

Friday Hanlon’s 5M
This event has been run every Friday, undeterred by hurricanes, blizzards, power failures, or earthquakes. There are between 10 and 20 runners every week, and the top five men and women get their names listed in the Cape Cod Times the next day. |
Saturday EMS Sock Run 8:00 AM Free socks for every 3 runs! Run through the woods of Hathaways Pond Trail system. Dirt paths begin & end on pavement – 3 to 5 miles at a moderate pace. Saturday/Sunday Group Fun Runs 9:00 AM Runners of all abilities are invited to join in on these group training runs. You can run long or short, fast or slow. What better way to train for Boston? Stay for bagels and drinks after the run. For more information, contact ccac@capecodathleticclub.org. |

Most people opt for semi-formal – a few pull out all the stops although I don’t think we’ve logged any tuxedos recently – but we’ll tolerate just about anything
