We need volunteers to man the roads and registration for the Harwich Half Marathon and 7.3 miler on Sunday, 4 October. Race time is 11:00 AM so road marshals and start/finish workers should plan on a full day. If you’d like to help out at this great race, contact Joe Navas as soon as possible.

Join us for the final practice triathlon of the season at the Brewster side of Long Pond at 8:00 AM on Saturday, 5 September. Please allow time for setup and hobnobbing so we can get underway as close to 8:00 as possible. A smattering of post-race goodies will be distributed as deemed appropriate by the organizers. Distances will be approximately the same as Hyannis Sprint II (0.25/10/3.6M) [Long Pond course info] but participants are encouraged to lengthen, shorten, or modify the course at their discretion. This is the time to drill transitions or stretch a leg a bit longer to get some additional training time in. All are welcome to attend but we request that all racers sign-up or renew with CCAC so that USAT is happy.
